This patient wanted her physical appearance to reflect her energy and vitality on the inside.  She wanted to “put her best face forward”  After analyzing the patient’s face, we decided on a 3D Facelift with a few modification.  We performed a deep plane face/neck lift for the structural component of aging, Fat transfer for volume, and upper/lower blepharoplasty.
