Note the smoothness of the skin and the sharp defined contours of the patient’s face. The melolabial folds (smile lines) are softer but not harsh or pulled. The cheeks are lifted and are youthful with vertical volume. Finally the lower eyes are smooth, but the upper eyes do not look hollowed or skeletonized.
